• All customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled once order is placed.

Please note: Regular Hot Stamp debosses colored leather instead of tanning it and is extremely subtle compared to Gold or Silver Foil.  Jon Hart recommends personalizing with Gold or Silver foil on all colored leather items.

Shipping Timeline:

Some colors are available now, and some are made to order.  It varies month to month as to what colors are in production.  We will ship all items to you as quick as possible, most of the time that will be within 2-4 weeks!

If the item you ordered is on backorder or will not ship within 4 weeks, we will contact you to see if you would like to select another option to ship sooner.

Care & Cleaning:

In order to get the longest lifespan out of your clear item, we suggest that you do not expose your item to high heat, prolonged direct sunlight or sharp objects.
