Refund policy

Returns 
We have a 30-day return policy on canvases, threads and accessories when accompanied by original receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unaltered and in its original packaging.

Refunds 
Any refund due will be given in the form of store credit. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Howdy Honey Needlepoint cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Custom orders
  • Finishing/finishing services
  • Tickets to classes or events
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Canvases that have been stitched or damaged by customer
  • Canvases that have had any customization
  • Fibers that have been cut or damaged
  • Fibers that have been purchased at another store
  • Fibers must be in original packaging and new condition

Online Returns 
You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return. To initiate an online return, email info@howdyhoneyneedlepoint.com.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.  We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Any refund due will be given in the form of store credit. You can always contact us for any return question at Info@howdyhoneyneedlepoint.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
