Finishing is the process of taking your stitched canvas and making it into a different product. You can do this yourself or send it to a professional finisher who will typically do this by hand.

A needlepoint canvas can be turned it into a pillow, ornament, belt, hat band, sunglass case, acrylic tray, zipper clutch, etc. - the possibilities are endless!

Backing - fabric choice for the ornament's backside. Typically, one side needlepoint, the other fabric. Occasionally, both sides feature needlepoint.

Cording - this wraps around the outer edge of the ornament, finishing in a loop that can be positioned on either side for a wider opening. Choose two - four colors for cording.

Welt - a round piping around an ornament's edge, usually in the same fabric as the backing

Turn around time for finishing is 8 weeks or less.
